Conveyor

Radial stacker, measures approximately 30" wide x 70' long, constructed with 31" x 36" truss frame. Conveyor is set up to run hydraulically and includes top mounted drive.

The McCloskey SF50 portable feeder stacker features variable speed to prevent material from building up in the hopper, which contributes to controlled flow, according to the company. It is powered by a 74-horsepower Caterpillar engine, and can produce up to 500 tons per hour. It has a 50-foot main conveyor with a 40-inch-wide belt. Discharge height can be adjusted to up to 6.5 meters.

A 75-foot track-mounted stacker and an 8x16-foot track-mounted feed hopper have been added to the company’s conveyor line. The stacker can handle 1,000 tons per hour and is in the 34,000-pound class. Hydraulic power controls the tracks, folds, and discharge height.
